1. I will assist you in establishing a fair market value for your property using a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
2. We will take photographs and measurements of your home and property for use on the promotional materials.
3. We will prepare Highlight Sheets and a Property Marketing information book to be in your home.
4. We will send property photo postcards of your home detailing its features to real estate agents in your area.
5. We will submit your listing to the internet Mutliple Listing Services (MLS) of Genesee, Lapeer and Oakland counties.
6. We will place ads for your home in "New Listings," "Homes for Sale," and "This Week in Real Estate," in The Flint Journal and in other appropriate media.
7. We will notify the public by way of a "For Sale" sign on your property, with contact information.
8. I will place a lockbox on your door to regulate showings of and access to your home.
9. I will provide you with valuable feed back from prospective buyers who have toured your home and property with other agents.
10. I will contact you weekly with progress reports, keeping you appraised of all activities.
11. We will mail you copies of published ads every two weeks.
12. I will hold "Open House" hours, if decided appropriate.
13. We will order and/or obtain all appropriate documentation, including title work, appraisals, surveys, and inspections as needed.
14. I will present all offers.
15. I will negotiate all transactions.
16. We will follow up with lenders during the "pending" process.
17. I will review all closing figures and documents with you.
